So, we did it and it was AMAZING! It's a sweet, dear country, with happy, welcoming people, excellent food and drink and a lot of tradition. The country has to be explored by foot and the lack of knowledge of serbian should not deter you, since being a foreigner you will feel welcomed and maybe a little bit like a star. People will be curious about you, won't hide it and will find a way to communicate with you be it by inviting you to a shot of raki or by sign language.
One of the highlights was Kusturica's village-hotel. A must see.
Srimski Karlovtsi and it's museum of honey - definitely.
The night life of Belgrade - a must.
A a lunch on the Danube in Zemud - you can't miss.
